Anudip Foundation for Social Welfare set up in 2007, is a Section 8 non-profit company as per Companies Act, 2013 having its head office at Mira Towers, 8th & 9th floor, Block: DN 27, Sec-V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-70009 1. Anudip creates livelihood opportunities for marginalized women and youth of India. Background of Swarnamoyee Jogendranath Mahavidyalaya Over the past 15 years Anudip has worked with international and national agencies, corporations, and community-based organizations to offer sustainable digital livelihood programs for impoverished youth residing in the rural and peri-urban areas of Andhra Pradesh, Delhi/ NCR, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Telengana, West Bengal Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Gujrat, Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur. Meghalaya, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh. Anudip aims at building sustainable livelihoods of such communities and enhancing economic empowerment through employability programs in digital services sector. The college is strategically located in Amdabad village to offer opportunities for higher education to the local community. The tranquil environment in a lush green rural set up is undoubtedly encouraging its students, academics and other staff members to excel. Despite being at its nascent stage, the college has already come a long way and has built its reputation with consistently superior academic results of our graduating students. Page 3 of 3 Training Methodology Training Location: Anudip's digital livelihoods program follows a technology-driven, methodology that has evolved based on cmployer and student feedback, team evaluation, and impact studies conducted externally and internally. Anudip team continuously tries to align with changing job markets, digital trends, and the state of the training technology worldwide. Student Exit Profile: Training will be conducted by trainers of Anudip Foundation through Offline or hybrid mode also. Termination: A fter successful certification, Anudip's graduates who are job-ready will get the placement assistance as MIS Executive, Back Office Executive, Data Entry Operator, Customer Care Executive etc. The Job will be based in any part of the country depending on employer's specifications. For Anudip Foundation for Social Welfare Either party may terminate this Memorandum of Understanding by giving 30 days' prior notice. This MOU is effective till 31s March 2025. Cooperation: Duration and Validation: Both parties will work collaboratively to ensure the success of the activities. Regular meetings will be held to plan and review progress. A steering committee with representatives from both parties will oversee the implementation and resolve issues. Termination: This MOU will be in effect for five (5) years from the signing date and may be renewed or amended upon mutual agreement. Confidentiality: EJUR Either party may terminate this MOU with one (1 ) month written notice. Ongoing activities at the time of termination will be concluded to ensure minimal disruption. Regd. If unresolved, the mutter will be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 27. Amendments: Any amendments to this MOU must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property generated as a result of this collaboration will be jointly owned by both parties, with clear agreements on usage rights and revenue sharing. Resource Allocation: Both parties will ensure the allocation of appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to support the activities outlined in this MOU. Publicity and Reporting: Both parties agree to jointly develop and disseminate reports, publications, and other materials highlighting the outcomes and impact of the collaboration. Media engagements and public communications will be coordinated to reflect the partnership. Compliance: Both parties commit to adhering to ethical standards, legal requirements, and best practices in the implementation of the activities. Sustainability: Efforts will be made to ensure the sustainablity of the initiatives beyond the duration of this MOU, including seeking additional funding and support from other stakeholders.
