SWARNAMOYEE JOGENDRANATH MAHAVIDYALAYA

The Central Library of Swarnamoyee Jogendranath Mahavidyalaya started to grow as an important branch of its root institution since the establishment of the college in the year 2014. Since its inception, this library has been functioning within a room on the ground floor of Madhyapalli Shikshaniketan School. With a rich collection of knowledge, especially at the graduate level, it consistently serves as a valuable resource for faculty and students in the college. The library provides essential support to the students, staff and ensuring access to academic resources and promoting a culture of learning and research. The Central Library presently caters to more than 340 college students and 38 staff members across 13 academic departments, the office, and the library itself. Its collection comprises over 4353 documents, encompassing textbooks, reference materials, literature books, magazines, journals, maps, and more. These resources are meticulously organized and managed through integrated library management software, ensuring efficient access and tracking of materials for the benefit of the college community.
